Native CRM connectivity. Three findings. One readout. A clear next decision. Not a demo. Not a sales call. A credentialed analytical exercise.
Submit the form. A senior practitioner responds within one business day to schedule a 30-minute scoping conversation.
Read-only API authorization to your CRM. Minutes, not hours. No IT setup, no consultant labor. Sandbox or test instances supported.
The deterministic AI platform runs the analysis. A senior practitioner reviews the findings and prepares the analytical readout.
A 30-minute readout conversation with the senior practitioner, plus a PDF readout document you keep regardless of what happens next.
The Snapshot is not a comprehensive audit. It is a high-precision diagnostic that surfaces the three most consequential findings in your commercial system — the ones that, if addressed, would materially improve forecast accuracy, pipeline integrity, or capacity execution.
Where your pipeline is leaking value - quantified with specific dollar magnitude and specific stage-by-stage flow.
Which stages are creating friction - measured, with calibration against benchmark conversion patterns.
Where your forecast confidence is unjustified - flagged at the deal and segment level, with the architectural reasons.
The Snapshot is not a sales call. It is a credentialed analytical exercise that earns the right to a deeper conversation.
Read-only API authorization to your CRM - connection is done in a matter of minutes, as easy as logging into your current system from inside the Inselligence platform.
A 30-minute scoping conversation - with the senior practitioner who will lead your Snapshot. We use this to understand the commercial context and calibrate the analytical scope.
A 30-minute readout conversation - at the end of the 48-hour cycle. You receive the readout document and a senior practitioner walks you through the findings.
That is the entire commitment. No internal preparation. No data export. No consultant readiness assessment.
The CRM connection is strictly read-only. We do not write to your CRM, modify any data, or maintain ongoing access after the Snapshot concludes. The data retrieved for analysis is held in time-bound storage on AWS infrastructure (which carries its own enterprise-grade certifications and security architecture). Analysis is performed by the deterministic AI platform; the senior practitioner reviews outputs but does not handle raw client data directly.
At the conclusion of the 48-hour cycle, you can request immediate deletion of any data retained for the analysis. By default, the analytical record is retained for 30 days to support follow-up questions, then permanently deleted.
A senior practitioner will respond within one business day.
The Snapshot is the firm's entry point for a reason. If the 48-hour analytical exercise does not surface findings you find material, the deeper engagements are unlikely to either. The Snapshot's role is to be the credentialed test — and to give both sides a clear path forward, or a clear path away.
