A complimentary, practitioner led, 48 hour preview of your commercial system.
Native CRM connectivity. Three findings. One readout. A clear next decision. Not a demo. Not a sales call. A credentialed analytical exercise.
Four steps. Forty eight hours.
You request the Snapshot
Submit the form. A practitioner responds within one business day to schedule a 30 minute scoping conversation.
CRM connection
Read only API authorization to your CRM. Minutes, not hours. No IT setup, no consultant labor. Sandbox or test instances supported.
48 hour analytical cycle
The deterministic platform runs the analysis. A senior practitioner reviews the findings and prepares the readout.
Executive readout
A 30 minute readout conversation, plus a PDF readout document you keep regardless of what happens next.
Three findings, calibrated to what matters most.
The Snapshot is not a comprehensive audit. It is a high precision diagnostic that surfaces the three most consequential findings in your commercial system: the ones that, if addressed, would materially improve forecast accuracy, pipeline integrity, or capacity execution.
Three things, none of them onerous.
- Read only API authorization to your CRM. Done in minutes, as easy as logging into your current system from inside the Inselligence platform.
- A 30 minute scoping conversation with the senior practitioner who will lead your Snapshot, to understand the commercial context and calibrate scope.
- A 30 minute readout conversation at the end of the 48 hour cycle.
That is the entire commitment. No internal preparation. No data export. No consultant readiness assessment.
Read only. Time bound. Hosted on AWS.
The CRM connection is strictly read only. We do not write to your CRM, modify any data, or maintain ongoing access after the Snapshot concludes. Data retrieved for analysis is held in time bound storage on AWS infrastructure. Analysis is performed by the deterministic platform; the senior practitioner reviews outputs but does not handle raw client data directly.
You can request immediate deletion at the end of the 48 hour cycle. By default, the analytical record is retained for 30 days to support follow up questions, then permanently deleted.
What leaders ask before they start.
Is the Revenue Flow Snapshot really free?
Which CRMs does the Snapshot connect to?
What happens to our data?
What do we receive at the end?
What happens after the Snapshot?
A practitioner will respond within one business day.
If the Snapshot is not the right fit, neither is the rest. If the 48 hour exercise does not surface findings you find material, deeper engagements are unlikely to either. The Snapshot gives both sides a clear path forward, or a clear path away.
